Illustrator, adventure addict, and mom to both dogs and a little human, Rachel finds her joy in the great outdoors with her family. When she’s not creating artwork for Rayco Design, you’ll likely find her mountain biking, hiking, playing sand volleyball, snowboarding, or soaking up just about any kind of outdoor adventure.

Toyota enthusiast, outdoor junkie, and 8-year NSW veteran, Collin is the kind of guy you won’t forget. He’s the perfect mix of genuine conversation and full-send energy—equally at home diving deep in a heart-to-heart or tearing up a trail on his bike or truck.

Meet the true stars of the shop — our sweet pups, Kona and Rexx. They specialize in keeping our toes warm and making sure every order is lightly sprinkled with love (and maybe a dog hair or two).

Our little guy joined the crew earlier this year and has quickly become the ultimate hype man. Known for his expert distraction skills and contagious smile, he makes shop days a whole lot brighter—and just a bit busier.
